Polyethylene Systems
Polyethylene pipe and fittings are the ideal engineering choice where the clients requires a lightweight, corrosion free and flexible material.
Polyethylene pipe is suitable for both potable and non-potable water systems.
It can also be used for many other applications including gas, barrier pipe, drainage and utility ducting.
Pipes are available in various wall thicknesses (SDRs) to suit the pressure and application.
Pressure pipes are normally joined by either electrofusion or butt fusion.
In addition there are mechanical fittings which can be used for repairs or transitioning to valves or other materials.
Depending on the diameter of the pipes then both coils and sticks are available.
APP Fusion Group are able to offer a complete package of pipe, fittings and jointing equipment for polyethylene pressure systems.
The jointing equipment is available either for Hire or Sale.
APP Fusion Group are also able to offer technical advice and training in our own in-house facility where required.

FABRICATED FITTINGS
We supply a comprehensive range of standard fabricated fittings designed to fit all Butt Fusion machines.
These fittings include :

SPIGOT FITTINGS
We supply a complete range of spigot fittings which can be used in conjunction with electrofusion fittings.
They can be particularly useful with MEICA applications where fittings are required in a tight or enclosed environment.
The range of fittings are classed as full length and as such are able to be used with standard electrofusion fittings.
All spigot fittings are produced from 100 percent virgin material.
